Tom Morello exclusively use a 50 watt JCM 800 on recordings and live show. But I found the Suhr Badger amp simulation on the Mooer GE 200 a bit close to get his sound with a few tweaking. Here's my preset that you can use as your starting reference.
Pitch Shifting. This is an upgrade on the latest firmware release of the Mooer GE 200. Although this may not be the best sounding pedal simulation out there, you can make it usable with some setting manipulation. To simulate the whammy pedal, assign the mono pitch on the expression pedal (EXP) and assign PITCH as the parameter to be manipulated.
Amp: Taxidea Taxus B. This is the latest addition to the amp sims on the new firmware. It is Mooer's take on the Suhr Badger amplifier.
Cabinet: Marshall 1960 412 Cabinet Simulation
Overdrive / Boost Pedal: Gold Clon, Mooer's take on the Klon Centaur overdrive pedal.
Delay: Analog Delay
Reverb: Spring Reverb
